使產品進入碳循環

使用BIO-NOVON提高產品生質比例,可以促進一種更自然的碳循環過程。生質塑膠由植物材料製成,這些植物在生長過程中吸收二氧化碳。當這些塑膠產品被使用和最終處理時,所釋放的二氧化碳與植物生長時吸收的二氧化碳大致相等,實現了碳中和的效果。這有助於減少大氣中的碳積累,並減輕對氣候變化的影響,從而支持更可持續的碳循環。

如何減碳

根據日本環境省所提出「生質塑膠導入路徑地圖」的定義:植物成長過程吸收二氧化碳形成碳水化合物,燃燒時再度排出以達到碳中和。可歸納以下結論:

​生質碳含量比例 = 二氧化碳的減少比例

舉例說明:

10% BIO-NOVON + 傳統90% 聚乙烯

​可減少10%*95%=9.5%的減碳效果

20% BIO-NOVON + 80% 聚乙烯

​可減少20%*95%=19%的減碳效果
